Note the exact code and your bike's brand/model, since codes are brand-specific. Try a full power cycle: turn off, remove the battery for one minute, reinstall. Check that the small speed-sensor magnet (usually on a rear spoke or brake disc) is present and aligned with its sensor. If the code persists, share it when you book; it usually tells us what parts to bring.
