Some squeal in wet weather is normal. Persistent squeal usually means contaminated or glazed pads, and once pads absorb oil, cleaning rarely saves them; replacement is the fix. Avoid spraying any lubricant near your rotors. E-bikes are heavy and eat pads faster than regular bikes, so squealing is often the first sign pads are simply due.
