Confirm assist level is set to 1 or higher. It sounds obvious, but a bumped button is a common culprit. On most hub-drive bikes, look at the small magnet ring on the crank near the pedals: if it has shifted away from its sensor or spins loosely, that is your problem and a tech can fix it quickly. Torque-sensor bikes may just need a recalibration.
