Try this first
Find it yourself: with the bike off, press on the rack, each fender, and any baskets while bouncing the bike gently. Snug the mounting bolts: hand-tight plus a quarter turn; frame bolts do not need gorilla torque. A drop of blue threadlocker stops repeat offenders. Rattles are also a good excuse for the annual safety check the whole bike needs anyway.
