What Error 23 Means

Error 23 means the controller detected a problem with the motor phase circuit.

In plain English, the controller is trying to send power to the motor but is not seeing the electrical response it expects from the motor's main power wires.

Before You Touch Anything

Turn the bike off and remove the battery before checking the motor connection. Stop troubleshooting and do not ride or charge the bike if:
