Denver's e-bike boom is real: the city's popular e-bike rebate program put thousands of new bikes on the Cherry Creek Trail and the South Platte River Trail, the two spines that let riders cross the metro almost entirely off-street. The core of the city is mercifully flat, but a mile above sea level the sun is intense, and batteries parked outside in summer heat or hauled through January cold both lose capacity faster than riders expect. Three hundred days of sun are interrupted by abrupt snow, and winter streets get treated with mag chloride and sand that corrode chains and eat brake pads. Spring gravel left in bike lanes is a reliable source of flats.
We serve all of Denver, including LoDo, RiNo, Capitol Hill, Highland, Washington Park, Five Points, Baker, Park Hill.

Our techs carry parts and diagnostic tools for the most common ebike platforms in Denver.
Colorado follows the three-class system: Class 1 (pedal-assist to 20 mph), Class 2 (throttle to 20 mph), and Class 3 (pedal-assist to 28 mph). Class 3 riders must be at least 16, and anyone under 18 riding a Class 3 e-bike must wear a helmet. Class 1 and 2 e-bikes are allowed on bike and pedestrian paths unless a local government prohibits them; Class 3 e-bikes are kept off those paths unless a local government specifically permits them. No driver's license or registration is required.
Laws change, verify current rules with your state DMV before riding.
Most Denver requests hear back from a certified tech within one business day and are serviced within 1 to 2 days. Ride-stopping problems get priority dispatch.
You get an upfront quote before any work starts. Most common repairs run $30 to $800 including parts and labor, and you approve the estimate first. Diagnostic fees typically credit toward the repair.
The tech tells you honestly what the fix needs, orders the right parts, and schedules a follow-up. You never pay for a repair that does not happen.
Yes. Techs carry parts and tools for the major platforms, including Rad Power, Lectric, Aventon, Super73, Trek, and Specialized, plus generic hub-drive imports. If you are unsure, submit the request anyway.
No separate fee. The visit cost is built into the upfront quote, and you never pay for a repair that does not happen.
