Salt Lake City's famously wide grid streets leave room for a growing bike lane network, and the Jordan River Parkway Trail runs the length of the valley for car-free commuting. The city tilts: riding west to east means a steady climb toward the Avenues, Yalecrest, and the east bench, which is exactly why e-bikes have taken off here. At 4,300 feet with hot, bone-dry summers, batteries take a beating from heat, and dust from the surrounding desert works into chains. Winter brings snow and inversion days, and the salt and sand spread on streets are hard on drivetrains and brake hardware. Canyon rides up Emigration add serious sustained climbing and long, pad-eating descents.
We serve all of Salt Lake City, including Sugar House, The Avenues, Liberty Wells, 9th and 9th, Rose Park, Marmalade, Central City, Yalecrest.

Our techs carry parts and diagnostic tools for the most common ebike platforms in Salt Lake City.
Utah follows the three-class system: Class 1 (pedal-assist to 20 mph), Class 2 (throttle to 20 mph), and Class 3 (pedal-assist to 28 mph). Riders must be at least 16 to operate a Class 3 e-bike, and children under 14 may not ride an e-bike on public roads without direct adult supervision. Utah has no statewide helmet requirement. Class 1 and 2 e-bikes are generally allowed wherever bicycles are; local governments may restrict e-bikes on specific paths and trails. No driver's license or registration is required.
Laws change, verify current rules with your state DMV before riding.
Most Salt Lake City requests hear back from a certified tech within one business day and are serviced within 1 to 2 days. Ride-stopping problems get priority dispatch.
You get an upfront quote before any work starts. Most common repairs run $30 to $800 including parts and labor, and you approve the estimate first. Diagnostic fees typically credit toward the repair.
The tech tells you honestly what the fix needs, orders the right parts, and schedules a follow-up. You never pay for a repair that does not happen.
